Aims of FEIM

The aims of FEIM are:

• Represent, defend and promote the economic, social and labours interest of the companies that make up the Associations, without lose their own identity, but removing duplication and exploiting synergies, as a consulting body and a continuous collaboration with the Public Administration.
• Promoted in the national and international level, the name, imagine and products of the main Spanish companies of the second manufacturing process of timber, with the goal to spread the Spanish wood sector.
• Promote the unity of the sector to defend the interest of the associated companies.

Some activities and services that FEIM render are:

• Edition of the FEIMINFORMA publication, include inside the AITIMs´publication.
• Feim participated in the certification ad standardization Technical Committee.

• Participated in fair such as Construmat (Barcelona), Maderalia (Valencia), Veteco y Construtec- Salón Monográfico de la Madera (Madrid).

• Spreading information in specialty press.

• Channeling oportunities and aids to the sector.

• Legal counselling.

• Organization of technical and professional conference
